Angella Ruley is a highly experienced healthcare professional with over 33 years in nursing. She has served as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for 21 years and a Nurse Practitioner (NP) for 10 years, continuing to practice in both roles.

Following her own personal weight loss and wellness journey, Angella was inspired to help others achieve their health goals. This passion led her to open Brilliance Wellness Care in Berkley, Michigan, about a year and a half ago. The clinic quickly became a success, empowering patients to make lasting lifestyle changes and improve their overall well-being.

Together with her husband, Rob, Angella recently expanded Brilliance Wellness Care with a second location in Toledo, Ohio. Her mission is to guide others through their own wellness journeys—helping them feel their best, both inside and out.

Rob Ruley brings over 22 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, including two decades specializing in surgery. Originally from Illinois, Rob completed his nursing degree before moving to Toledo in 1996.

Before pursuing his nursing career, Rob spent 10 years in construction and cabinet making skills he still enjoys today as the owner of his own company. In 2006, he also earned certification as a professional golf instructor, reflecting his lifelong passion for the sport.

Rob is now joining his wife, Angella, in opening Brilliance Wellness Care in Toledo. Having personally achieved a 45-pound weight loss, Rob is passionate about helping others find the same sense of health, confidence, and joy that he and Angella have experienced through their own wellness journeys.
